Pricing

Our services at LOMA Health & Wellness are cash pay and start at $75.00 per visit. Pricing is variable and dependent on the type of service you book. Our prices are displayed on our appointment booking link.

Why cash pay?

LOMA strives to provide quality and individualized patient care, which requires adequate time spent getting to know each patient and their needs. Unfortunately, the constraints with insurance reimbursement encourage quantity of patients over quality of care. However, patients can access their superbill via the patient portal, and submit to their insurance for reimbursement.

LOMA Membership Information

Initial Term Member

$100.00 per month Membership Fee
Six (6) month commitment
Immediate $200.00 credit on patient’s account, which may be redeemed for any services
Membership Fees are ‘banked’ and may be redeemed towards any future service or visit
Members will receive exclusive offerings, specials and other perks throughout the year
Members will receive 10% off all future LOMA services
Cancellation available at the end of the sixth (6th) month with advance notice

Month-to-Month Member (auto-renew after the Initial Term)

$100.00 per month Membership Fee
No minimum commitment, month-to-month only
Membership Fees are ‘banked’ and may be redeemed towards any future service or visit
Members will receive exclusive offerings, specials and other perks throughout the year
Cancellation available with thirty (30) days’ advance notice
